Distance Learning Courses

A flexible learning program for employees who find it difficult to attend traditional training courses or who have an urgent training requirement. Focus4 Training’s excellent Step-by-Step Distance Learning Courses will enable your employees to learn what is appropriate to them, with the minimum of time away from the work place. We provide tutor support by email or telephone so there is always a friendly voice to offer support. Free Online Training Needs Assessments are available. 

How Does it Work?

• You can place the order by telephone or email
  
• The manuals are sent to the learner with a letter of introduction and instructions on how to follow the course
  
• We agree a time scale with yourselves and the learner for the manual to be completed We contact the learner on an agreed basis for a progress report and to offer support
  
• We send you regular management reports of the learner/s progress, number of enrolments, completions and achievements
  
• We mark and send feedback for all exercises that are sent to us by the learner and record the details
  
• On completion of the course, we issue a certificate of completion to the learner and inform you. The manuals are retained by the learner for future reference.
